Refund policy


REFUNDS

All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to accept requests to combine shipping, add/delete items, or change your address once your order has been placed. 

RETURNS

Tae Marie Cosmetics does not accept returns once an order has shipped. All sales are final. In the case of missing or incorrect items, please contact customersupport@taemariecosmetics.com.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is processed and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDER

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, we will happily replace your merchandise with the correct item ordered. Claims for replacement must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged/incorrect item(s) along with your order number to customersupport@taemariecosmetics.com.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Tae Marie Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.

RETURN OR REFUSED SHIPMENT

Tae Marie Cosmetics is not responsible for undelivered packages, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us unopened due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused receipt, or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost and $5.00 restocking fee within 14 days of when the parcel is returned to us by the carrier. Please allow 14 days for payment reversal. We will not re-ship your returned package, or process a refund if the package has been opened.
